How Shoobies Baking began
Shoobies Baking started the way most good things do — with a dusted apron, a flour-covered kitchen, and way too much excitement over a fresh batch of goodies! What began as baking for family and friends quickly spiraled into something bigger: a little cottage bakery rooted in faith, where big laughter is completely non-negotiable and food made with heart (and a whole lot of joy) just tastes better.
Based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Shoobies Baking is a one-woman operation. Every item is baked fresh to order — no mass production, no shortcuts. Just real ingredients, real care, and real connection.
The name "Shoobies" is personal — a childhood nickname that carries warmth and memory. It's a reminder that this bakery isn't just a business. It's a calling.
